I’ve had the opportunity to see the health insurance field from every angle. I started out working in a doctor's office, handling the billing and inner workings of medical claims. From there, I moved into a customer service role for Medicaid, assisting people directly with their coverage. For the last several years, I have been using that experience to help people as an insurance broker. My family and I moved from Pennsylvania to Virginia, and I'm happy to continue my career here.
